Without a question the most helpful book for me personally (took my A1c from 8.0 to 5.0 in 3 months) is Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution: The Complete Guide to Achieving Normal Blood Sugars --Phishery 00:37, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
